When I was a child, I used to save every coin I could get my hands on in a gullak a.k.a piggy bank and write across it what I am saving it for. It usually used to be for novels. Because of this, I was labelled in the family as the ultimate saving guru. But then, adulthood happened and I realised that I need to save a lot of things that are far more expensive than the 6th book of Harry Potter. I won’t say I am reckless but as an adult, as soon as I’d get money, I would have this itch of spending it somewhere, because I didn’t know how to handle it, especially when everyone around is selling me something. So I read a few books, spoke to some financial gurus and I discovered that I can save a lot only if I make a few simple changes to my lifestyle. And thanks to those changes, I bought a house and even saved money for my family…and today I am going to share with you, exactly how. So it doesn’t matter if you are a student, homemaker or a salaried employee, the sooner you start, the better! Today’s Agenda: So in today’s video, we are going to discover 1) 5 unique ways of saving money 2) Things you must do on the 1st of every month. 3) But most importantly, towards the end, I’ll give you a Bonus Tip to ensure that the money you save, grows automatically so that you and your family have a comfortable present & future. ******************************************************************** VIDEOS MENTIONED: How to Learn Indian Cooking in 5 Days: https://youtu.be/wnHxGBnLP5w How I Bought a House Before Turning 25: https://youtu.be/zVbSJlQ4kz4 ******************************************************************** KEEP IN TOUCH: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheUrbanFight/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theurbanfight/ #HowToSaveMoney #SavingMoney #SaveMoney #TheUrbanFight
I still remember my first interview. I was so nervous, I entered the room and the interviewers first question was …. ‘Tell me about yourself.’ In my nervousness, I looked at him and said… “Hi, I’m doing my MBBS”. The problem was….I was an engineering graduate. I’ve given a lot of interviews after that and I’ve taken interviews too. And all of them have taught me that you need to be prepared for answering…. ‘Tell me about yourself’ because the way you answer it will decide whether the Interviewer will actually listen to you or will switch to Instagram and pretend to listen to you. Call me crazy but I don’t want you to make the same silly mistake that I did during my first interview. So today, by the end of this video, you will learn how to answer this question confidently, make a great first impression and eventually get the job. So in today’s video we are going to… 1) Understand what answer the Interviewer wants? 2) I’ll give you a formula to answer ‘Tell me about yourself’ for any job that you are applying. 3) Assuming that English is not your first language. Towards the end, I will give you a few techniques and tell you how you can speak in English fluently. **************************************************************** Links Mentioned: How I Learnt English for FREE: https://youtu.be/YEuDThr74dA **************************************************************** KEEP IN TOUCH: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheUrbanFight/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theurbanfight/ #TellMeAboutYourself #Interview #InterviewQuestion #jobinterview #TheUrbanFight

Yves quit his job even though he had it all: a big salary, health benefits and a pension plan. He sold his downtown condo, too. Why did he decide to drastically simplify his life? Because he was unhappy and unfulfilled. A couple of years ago, he went on a 10-day silent retreat and, after much soul-searching, realized that his job and his stressful lifestyle needed to go. Now, a year and a half later, he's living a minimalist lifestyle in a small bachelor apartment, riding his bike to work, and working 3 days a week at a grocery store. He has more time to spend with the people he loves, and a lot less stress. Does he regret his downshifting decision? Watch this video to find out! Thanks for watching! Today I'm going to show you how to make passive income online. I'll be showing you 3 different business models that you can choose from to start with so that you can build a business that works for you. If you'd like to see specific examples from several different businesses that I own, here are 9 ways that I earn passive income online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhgQc70ZV7Y With that said, please read on for some really important information about this desire we all have to earn passive income, because there's a lot of information about it online, and not all of it is true. There are several different definitions of passive income. I'm aware of the traditional definition, such as earnings derived from a rental property, but there's a better way that I have years of experience with and have also taught tens of thousands of others to do. It involves building online businesses that take advantage of systems of automation that allow transactions, cash flow, and growth to happen without requiring a real-time presence. In other words, we don't trade time for money. Instead, we invest our time upfront to create assets in the form of an online business that can continually pay us back later. There are several different ways to achieve this, and the 3 models I share in this video will give you an idea of how you might approach an online business that works for you. COMMON QUESTION #1: Does generating passive income mean you don't have to put in any work to earn money? No. Not at all. Creating various passive income streams takes time and a lot of hard work. It's about building a real business that solves a problem, and creating systems, or hiring people such that it can be run on auto-pilot. COMMON QUESTION #2: Can you create a passive income stream that requires zero upkeep or attention that will pay you back forever. No. All passive income streams, even traditional ones, require some form of upkeep and maintenance. Real estate portfolios and market investments cannot (correction - shouldn't) be walked away from forever, and neither should any type of online business. With that said, however, online businesses can be fashioned in a way so that you can walk away from it for a while and it can still continue to run. An online business is a storefront that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (even on holidays), and much more than real estate or market investments, building an online business gives you a lower barrier to entry, as well as a lot more potential upside. Just think - how much would an extra $1000 per month help you? Imagine how much it would cost to invest to obtain an additional $1k per month in tradition forms of passive income, while building a business online is much more achievable. Let's do some math to give you some perspective: Imagine you sell a $25 product. You only have to sell 40 of them, per month, to earn an additional $1000/month. Imagine you sell a membership into your program for $25 a month. You only need 40 members to generate an additional $1000/month. But then the next month, you obtain an additional 40 members who also pay you $25/month. Now you're making $2k per month. The most important thing, however, is that whatever product or business you create, that it helps solve a problem. All good businesses solve a problem in some way, shape, or form, so make sure you watch the video to learn exactly how you can approach building a business online of your own. If your parents are like me, you have been told, ‘Beta, get a job after graduation and be loyal to one company until you retire.’ And the only financial advice you got from them is how to write a check.
With this golden knowledge, at the age of 21, I became a Software Engineer, at an I.T company that was paying me peanuts. Money was bad, salary hike was almost zero, work was pathetic and my growth was stagnant. Every month my salary would barely survive the end of the month.
But a girl needs money. To study further, to travel, to buy a house, to save for emergency, to save for retirement. But most importantly, I needed money because I wanted to make my own life decisions. All of us worry about gender equality, but that will come only after we first become financially independent. And a 9 to 7 job is not going to get you that independence.
And yet, I am the only one in the family who got a house before I turned 25. And for that you don’t have to work for 10 hours every day. You have to make smart financial decisions.
And trust me, this is something that every girl should know. It not only helps your career, but it also changes the dynamics of any relationship that you are in. Be it mother, wife, daughter. Because you will not be considered a ‘dependent’ anymore.
So girls, no matter if you are 20, 30 or 40, by the end of this video, I will tell you how even if you have low income, more responsibilities, debt, taxes, you can still start investing now. Because it’s not about how much money you earn. It’s about what you do with it.
