More than 60 years old this LEAKED RUSTY MANUAL OIL PUMP is getting restored without using any power tool. This seems useless when i pick it (you can see in video) so i decided to restore it because i think its better to give a life to our old rusty jammed tools and make them useful again while it's really hard to restore it without using power tools but i did it nicely. I learned many new things during RESTORATION OF OLD RUSTY ROTARY OIL PUMP. Kindly appreciate my effort if you enjoy this video. ROTARY OIL PUMP RESTORATION Subscribe if you think i did my best ► Even i can buy new ROTARY OIL PUMP from store but restoration of old things makes a good habit of saving and cleaning of tools. Also restoration creates fun and makes you busy in work when you free from job. Although i love seeing old tools back in use 👍 Processes used in it. o. Wash with detergent @ 1:10 for removing dirt. o. Added Vinegar @ 3:45 for removing rust. o. Brushing @ 4:30 and using vinegar in it. o. Used iron sheet @ 8:40 for removing old paint. o. Used epoxy (mixed wood powder) @ 10:40 for filling hole. o. Used sandpaper @ 11:35 o. Used chart paper (but not so thick) @ 12:03 for preventing from leakage. o. Paint Process @14:00 o. First i did primer coat then actual paint. o. I did lacquer at the end for more shine. o. Also i did varnish to Handle but unfortunately didn't made clip.
